The Fairytale Condo is a ground floor unit, very close to the Windsor hills water park and clubhouse, and is a truly magical place, with all your favorite Disney characters featured, as well as Star Wars, and the star of the show of course, Chewbacca, who makes a surprise appearance somewhere in the condo. The Fairytale Condo is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom ground floor condo in block number 3 of Windsor Hills Resort. With 1246 sq ft of living area to enjoy it provides plenty of room to relax, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic, and bear in mind that all this, even the water park, are included in the price!.

Located about a two minute walk from the main clubhouse and pool area, The Fairytale Condo also comes extremely well equipped.

Beautifully furnished throughout, with far too many personal touches to show here, this wonderful condo is certain to give you and your family a host of magical memories to take home with you. Each room has a unique appearance and the theme which runs through it only adds to the glamor of this very sought-after property. 

8 people can sleep here comfortably, the bedrooms consisting of 1 King size master bedroom with full en-suite facilities, the second bedroom is a Queen size, and then we have the third bedroom, a bunk bed room with a Queen size bed underneath a twin XL, with a trundle bed at the bottom. 

All the bedrooms have cable and flat screen TV's, with the walls adorned with pictures, and memento's, of all your favorite characters and places.

The main living area features a 55" smart flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available. 

*Please note that the condo also has high speed wireless Internet access, which is offered complimentary to all guests. High speed wireless Internet access is also complimentary when you relax by the pool and clubhouse too.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. Windsor Hills Resort

Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The Windsor Hills villas each have private, screened-in pools in addition to the fabulous community pool and kids’ water park. * Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
