Very competitively priced for a home of this standard Disney Dream offers fantastic value for money, with a beautifully furnished home in a very tranquil setting, in a top rated golfing community. A 5 bedroom two storey home with 4 full bathrooms, this villa sleeps 10 people comfortably, and we do restrict occupancy to that number to preserve the integrity of this exceptional home.

Disney Dream is located about 12 miles from Walt Disney World, in an exclusive, gated community called Providence, which features some very picturesque scenery, and a host of wonderful resort style amenities which many have described as the best in the Davenport area. With more than 2450 square feet of comfortable living space, your family will have plenty of room to relax too. You will be able to enjoy the 2 King size master bedroom suites which boast en suite facilities, and the open planned living and dining areas, along with a fully equipped kitchen, and a family room that includes a very large 65 inch flat screen TV.

Your vacation getaway is enhanced with a very impressive sports themed games room and a private pool, tucked away in a quiet area with no rear view neighbors to spoil your peace and quiet. The tranquility that Disney Dream offers is a major plus for any family vacation, but it is by no means the only thing we recommend about this wonderful home. In fact, the list is almost endless.

Providence, a well established golfing community on the East side of Walt Disney World, has been a popular spot for tourists of all kinds for many years, as it caters for just about everybody. It has some quite stunning scenery, especially at sunset and sunrise, and is superbly located just 25 minutes or so from Disney World.

The increasingly popular ChampionsGate area, boasting an array of shops and restaurants  is just a 10-15 minute drive away. From there you can easily access Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, as well as the main routes to the amazing Florida beaches, with Daytona and Cocoa on one side, and the Florida Gulf coast on the other.

Given all that, the location of Disney Dream is clearly a major plus, but it is the home itself which is the main attraction here and it’s easy to see why. Disney Dream enjoys a great location within this gated community, and is both impressive to look at and immaculately maintained. You get the feel of peace and tranquility just driving through the tree lined gates and the home itself is very welcoming too, offering a spacious feel as you enter through the front door.

The first thing that hits you is the impressive size of the home, with the main sitting are straight ahead, just emphasizing the space that the home provides for all the family. Complete with a 65 inch TV,  perfect for watching that family movie together, the space is complemented by the dining area with seating for six next to that, with the impressive kitchen and breakfast bar, and the private pool in touching distance too.

The main living area has ample seating for all the family, and is an ideal place to sit back and relax. 

*Note too that high speed wireless internet is also provided free of charge to all our guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal, and a host of hand held appliances. All kitchen utensils and crockery are provided for you, as are all linens and towels.

On the first floor you will find a very convenient Queen bedroom, ideal for those who have mobility issues. Next to that is the first of 4 full bathrooms.

On the second floor are the other 4 bedrooms. The first King master bedroom is located just at the top of the stairs, with the second King master on the other side of that. The other 2 bedrooms both have twin beds in them, and share the fourth full bathroom. 

Disney Dream has a full size washer and dryer, and a very nice games room in the garage, featuring a sporting theme and a full size pool table, foosball table, and has a full set of golf clubs available for guests to use at no extra charge. We want you to be able to enjoy both the gold course, and the fantastic resort amenities here, and the addition of those golf clubs has proven to be a very popular one.

(Note: There is a small step as you enter the games room, and for that reason we do prefer that adults supervise here, especially if children are playing alone). Of course, the games room is sure to be popular with all members of the family, but there is one more impressive amenity for guests to enjoy, and that is the private swimming pool.

The pool area itself is oversized which makes for plenty of room for family BBQs or nights just relaxing with a glass of wine as the sun sets in the distance. 

*Please note that as with most vacation homes there is an extra charge to heat the pool and we do recommend ordering in advance so that it  will be turned on for your arrival, getting your vacation off to a great start.

As if all that isn't enough there is the community itself, which houses some of the best amenities in the area, and which are very close to the sub division of Rosemont Woods which is where Disney Dream is located within Providence.

* Check in time is 4.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am. Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.
* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.
* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 3-5 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, directions, and internet password for the property.
* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
