Located in the beautiful new resort community of Windsor Hills, this stunning home will accommodate up to 14 people with 2 king sized bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and 2 twin bedrooms.

Windsor Hills is a quiet, superbly situated resort, very close to the Walt Disney World theme parks, and is widely regarded as the premier vacation resort in the Kissimmee area.
It is certainly one of the most popular, and it is easy to see why.
The amenities are a major plus here and include a superb games room, a fantastic oversized heated community pool with a slide, a fitness centre, and clubhouse, to name but a few!. There are also several other play areas designed exclusively for children in a resort that very much puts the family first.
There is also a small shop on site to buy the essentials and a shuttle service to the theme parks is available.
One point worth noting is that Windsor Hills does not offer internet access, although there is a 'hotspot' just outside the main clubhouse where a signal can be picked up for those with laptops.
Windsor Hills is less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World, and about 20 minutes from Universal, 15 minutes from Sea World and an hour from Kennedy Space Center.

Sitara is a 6 bedroom / 4 bath home which will accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably, but we try to limit occupancy to 12 people to protect the integrity of the home.
The bedrooms consist of 2 masters, both of which have King size beds, both with en-suite facilities, one further King size bedroom and one Queen size bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms.
Every bedroom has TV and DVD and both twin bedrooms are themed for children.
There is also a sofa bed in the main living area too.
Other Features of Sitara include a seperate sitting area / dining area, a very spacious kitchen, a large living room, and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Sitara has also been decorated throughout and is extravagantly colorful and bright.
The garage has been converted into a superb games room, which also has cable TV installed as well as a pool table, foosball and air hockey table.
The main living area boasts a 42 inch Widescreen HDTV and DVD player, housed in a superb entertainment center.
This home also has high-speed internet access, which is complimentary to all guests. It is not wireless internet, but an ethernet cable is provided.
The kitchen is fully fitted too, with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone and you will find alll your crockery and cutlery as well as towels and linens supplied for your stay.
Sliding patio doors from the family room open onto a covered patio which features a large screened-in swimming pool and a spa, for families it is worth noting too that this pool area has a child safety net installed for added security.
To the rear of the home, there is an open view.
