This beautifully furnished 7 bedroom villa is the perfect vacation getaway. Located in the sought after Emerald Island Resort, this home is in a 24hr gated community. As you enter this splendid Florida vacation home there is a living room on your right with comfortable seating, tables and lamps. The villa has a formal dining area as well as a breakfast nook and center island in the kitchen with additional seating.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances, stove, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge, freezer, ice maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker etc.
All glassware, pots and pans, silverware and flatware are also supplied. The family room at the rear of the home has a huge cathedral ceiling, comfortable sofas for chilling out whilst watching a movie on the fantastic 61 inch flat screen TV! There is also a DVD and VCR player and Pioneer stereo system.
There is also a phone in the villa that can be used to call anywhere in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain and Italy !!!
The villa is also equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, so bring along your laptop and keep in touch! Two of the sofas on this level will convert into double beds for those extra guests. There is a nice selection of children’s books and there are some board games.
Also on the ground floor of this great Disney area villa there is one of the King size master bedroom suites consisting of a King size bed, dresser, tables and lamps, alarm clock, TV and DVD, walk in closet, this bedroom has it`s own private master bathroom with large tub bath, walk in shower, hair dryer, toilet, sink.
There is also a pack n play crib for a little one. The villa has a utility room with full size washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board.
And lastly on the ground floor there is a toilet and a fantastic AIR CONDITIONED games room with a pool table, Table foosball, air hockey, soft darts and a multi gym to help work off those extra holiday pounds! There is also a TV and an X box games console in this room.

Emerald Island is a beautiful resort with gorgeous landscapes and wonderful views. The clubhouse has a concierge area which provides information free of charge to guests staying at the resort. You can keep in touch with friends or family back home in the cyber cafe and the kids can enjoy themselves in the arcade. The clubhouse also features a sparkling community pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy.
